His parents were Jankel BORSTEIN and Feige BORSTEIN, née HOCHMAN. Both died before 1944-08-15.

He had a surviving brother (DP Number G09994476)

He had three surviving cousins, Isaak BORSTEIN (\*1904-11-05 in Wilno) (DP Number G09997470, also KZ Dachau, PN 81836, TD 94321), Eliasz BORSTEIN (\*1902-08-17 in Wilno) (DP Number G10197826, Dachau PN: 81837, TD 42965) and Maka BORSTEIN (DP Number G10197825) (see [https://collections.arolsen-archives.org/en/document/66663301](https://collections.arolsen-archives.org/en/document/66663301) for the last cousin).

He was married to Brocha BORSTEIN, née MOUSCHOWITZ (\*1902 in Wilna).  
She was imprisoned in Stutthof (Prisoner Number: 44312).  
Her parents were Leiba MOUSCHOWITZ and Chaja MOUSCHOWITZ, née PUKE.

He had one child.

He was together with his wife in the Ghetto Kauen.

He was imprisoned at CC Dachau / Detachment Kaufering (Prisoner Number 81428) from 1941-08-15 on.

He survived.

Living at Fürstenbruck, Hauptstr. 7, Hotel „Post“, and DP Hospital St. Ottilien.

His DP Number was G10197825.
