the first name got an 8 (Janis8), and the travelling was deleted.
But as its „the golden rule“ to write everything like its presented on the document I wrote Janis8 and both travellings.
But for everyone searching for this person it would be difficult. So maybe Forum Arolsen can correct the entry?
Whats the proceedings to this case?

Ich habe alle „Fehler“ so erfasst wie auf der Karte vermerkt (goldene Regel), aber so sind die Daten kaum zu finden, wenn jemand mal etwas über die Person wissen möchte. Vielleicht kann Forum Arolsen hier das richtig stellen? Wie ist das Procedere für solche Fälle?

solche Dinge können bei der Datenbearbeitung nach Abschluss des Workflows aussortiert werden.
Wenn Dokumente gemeldet werden, werden sie aus dem Arbeitspaket entfernt und nicht mehr zur Bearbeitung ausgespielt. Darum ist das eher für leere oder gar nicht zum Workflow passende Dokumente gedacht.

Such items can be sorted out during data processing after the workflow has been completed.
If documents are reported, they are removed from the work package and no longer played out for processing. This is therefore intended for empty documents or documents that do not match the workflow.
