entry in religion reads " r \_ circ "
[according to this list](https://collections.arolsen-archives.org/en/document/81677646) it should be „rc \_ irc“

„irc“ = „International Rescue Committee“ ?
see abbreviation thread

> [@Abkürzungen im Auswanderer-workflow (challenge1/2024)](https://talk.arolsen-archives.org/t/abkuerzungen-im-auswanderer-workflow-challenge1-2024/13546/25):
>
> IRC / irc (in religion/sponsoring agencies) - [found in this card](https://talk.arolsen-archives.org/t/auswandererkartei-bremen-international-refugee-organization-kartei-do-777ieqtvdmrfmpqqaq78z/14181/2) maybe „International Rescue Committee“ ? - according to the [ITS Glossary](https://www.ushmm.org/m/pdfs/ITS-glossary-terms-abbreviations.pdf) page 124 [quote] " a refugee relief organization originally known as the International Relief and Rescue Committee (IRRC), which was formed in 1942 by a merger of the International Relief Association (IRA) and Emergency Rescue Committee (ERC))" still active today? see [https://www.rescue.org/](https://www.rescue.org/)
